Why Use Grease? When to Use Grease?

1. Provides consistent lubrication, prevents leaks and losses, ensures lubrication even after prolonged periods, especially during cold starts.
2. Water-resistant, prevents lubricant loss under heavy loads and low speeds.
3. Forms a barrier against external contaminants, ensuring clean lubrication.
4. Works synergistically with solid additives like molybdenum disulfide or graphite to provide anti-wear protection.

Differences Between Specialty Lubricating Grease and Conventional  Grease:

Specialty lubricating grease (or specialized lubricating grease) is used to meet specific requirements in environments with heavy loads, high speeds, high temperatures, moisture, etc. It offers sufficient lubrication and protection. Using general-purpose grease in such conditions could lead to lubrication failure, insufficient lubrication, dry wear, frequent re-greasing (abnormally high consumption and cost), rubber incompatibility, and more.
