Correct usage

The application of RO-59 is a straightforward process that can be easily completed indoors without the need for special equipment.

Application Steps:

1. Clean the workpiece thoroughly with a cleaning solution, degreaser, petroleum ether, or other compatible solvent until it is completely clean. (After cleaning, it is recommended to wipe the surface of the workpiece with alcohol to ensure no residual droplets, water spots, or streaks.)

2. Dry the workpiece.

3. Apply RO-59 to the workpiece at room temperature using methods such as immersion, brushing, spraying, or wiping. (If white powder is observed, it indicates over-application. Lightly remove it before baking or allow it to partially dry.)

4. Cure the coated workpiece in an oven at 70-90 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes to enhance the adhesion of the coating. Alternatively, let it air dry at room temperature for over 24 hours. (Using an oven will yield faster and more complete results.)

厚度為3u,如須增厚請在完全乾透之後重複塗佈動作。

因為本品為極細的白色粉末狀,形成乾膜之後會有淡淡的不透明感。

本品可噴灑或塗抹至物件表面,並形成眼睛跟手指感覺不出的3mu厚度。
如果發現水漬形成即表示塗佈厚度過厚,請在乾燥之前使用乾抹布擦拭掉或回收使用。

請務必將工件完全清潔乾淨,不可有任何的殘留或水漬,如此才能確保塗佈的完整度。

請勿使用尖銳物品刮擦,以正常的摩擦狀態下操做可符合大部分使用者的需求。

如果希望覆膜非常穩固則需在室溫乾燥達72小時以上,或使用90度C連續烤30分鐘以上即可。
