Sintering is the process of transforming iron ore concentrate obtained from ore beneficiation, along with iron-rich fines generated during crushing and screening, and other materials like fluxes and fuels, into sintered pellets. The process of shaping steel ingots or steel billets by pressure between rotating rolling rolls is called rolling. Depending on the method of rolling, it can be classified into hot rolling and cold rolling. The production equipment consists of rolling mills, gearboxes, motors, and front and back coilers.
Hot Rolling: Steel ingots and billets are difficult to deform and process at room temperature. They need to be heated to around 1100-1250°C for rolling. This process is called hot rolling. Components with higher lubrication requirements include the working rolls and support rolls of the rolling mill, bearings of transmission rolls, and bearings in the hot rolling process.

G.BESLUX KBL is an inorganic grease used for the protection of steel wire ropes. It is non-dripping and contains solid lubricant molybdenum disulfide.
It can be applied directly to the clean surface of steel ropes using a brush. The oil has excellent penetrative and adhesive properties. A 1KG grease application (for the initial use on new steel ropes) can provide lubrication for 40-55 meters of a 25mm diameter steel rope.
